Accounts Executive

Drone Data Consultants LLP is looking for accounting professionals with experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, invoice processing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Candidates should have a good understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger entries.
Manage invoice booking, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process vendor payments and maintain vendor/customer records.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare vendor ageing, customer ageing, and regular financial reports.
Assist in month-end/year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for accounting-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or offshore accounting.
CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be preferred.
Knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software is also acceptable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in accounting firms, finance departments, or offshore accounting operations will be preferred.
