Role Overview

DropX Logistics is looking for a Security & Loss Prevention Officer (SLP) with strong experience in last mile operations, especially Amazon logistics. The candidate will be responsible for protecting operational integrity, preventing losses, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and driving process adherence across multiple delivery stations.

The role will be based in Andhra Pradesh and will require frequent travel across multiple DropX stations in Andhra Pradesh,East regions.

Key Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

Prior experience in Amazon Last Mile Operations / Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) is mandatory.

The candidate must have experience working in:

• Amazon AMZL Operations OR

• Amazon EDSP Partner Operations OR

• Amazon SLP / Loss Prevention roles

Candidates without Amazon last-mile or SLP experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits across delivery hubs to identify shipment, cash, and process discrepancies.
• Monitor and prevent losses, fraud, shipment mishandling, and operational violations.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon and other client last-mile operational standards.
• Investigate incidents related to delivery associates, station teams, cash handling, and shipment movement.
• Train hub teams and delivery associates on compliance, risk prevention, and process adherence.

  Get Hired
  Coordinate with internal teams and clients for operational updates and compliance requirements.
• Identify risk areas and implement corrective actions to improve operational controls.
• Prepare audit reports and track closure of identified gaps.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous experience in Amazon Last Mile Operations or Amazon SLP/Loss Prevention.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Amazon last-mile logistics.
• Strong understanding of delivery station processes, compliance, and operational ontrols.
• Experience in auditing, fraud detection, investigation, and loss prevention.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
