Job Description
- You should have a basic knowledge of MS Office along with good communication skills. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries through emails and calls, maintaining good relationships with customers, upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers, onboarding new customers through references, submitting MIS and reports, and handling key accounts of existing customers.
A preferred candidate would have a background in logistics and should be below 35 years of age. This is a full-time job that requires a total of 4 years of work experience. The work location is in person.
