What You’ll Deliver

• 
  Youll manage and implement HR programs such as performance management, recruitment, and training for assigned units, aligning with business needs and overall HR strategy.
• Youll provide direct support to both the account department and HR Recruitment team during any recruitment and selection practices, and training and development plans/programs.
• Youll prepare and deliver quarterly analysis reports on the account departments productivity and staff costs for the departments executive management team and HR
• Youll provide on-the-job counselling and coaching to mid-management, line managers, and staff in performance management concepts and the specific DA performance management process.
• Youll assist in developing manpower plans as per the updated structure

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management/ Related, acquired 3 – 5 years of relevant experience & 5 - 7 years of overall experience
• You’ll have professional knowledge of organization development, talent management, JDs, manpower planning, and job evaluations
• You’ll have knowledge of employment Law and general employment practices
• Youll have good reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills
