Urgent | Executive (Inbound And Outbound)

Location: Talegaon Warehouse
Position Summary: (Brief Overview)
This position is responsible for providing support to the Internal External Customers for warehousing activities.
This position will be primarily responsible for all warehouse inbound activities and outbound activities, inventory
management under the guidance of reporting supervisor. The secondary responsibilities include participation in
various quality system activities including process improvement.

Key Responsibilities: (Functional responsibilities associated with the position)
30% Inbound
Handle inward shipment/consignment physically at the warehouse. This includes physical inspection,
labeling keep it at the correct location assigned for received Material.
Update received material in the system through Goods Receipt Note (GRN) using SAP B1 system and
allocates the material to proper location.
Report resolve any quality issues immediately.

Inventory Management
Follow a daily cycle counting process for accuracy of the physical material/stock at the warehouse.
Investigating inventory shortages, discrepancies and maintain accuracy. Ensure accurate batch,
labeling location of components.
Store items in an orderly, clean and accessible manner in warehouses at the designated areas.
Ensure no damage to the stocks due to improper storage.
Maintain replenish stock of Marcom Field Engineering departments.
Keeping track of shelf life of the stock and ensure timely disposition of expired stock.

Outbound
Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within the shortest possible timeline and packed per the
required standards. This includes outbound inspection customer specific labeling.
Provide high quality packing, shipping and labelling to ensure complete protection to the material to
be shipped to the customer. Prepare shipping documents and ensure all statutory requirements of
customers are met. Handle insurance activities before dispatch from the Warehouse.
Coordinate shipment with customer service associates logistics service providers to attain necessary
delivery commitment for timely delivery. Ensure optimal planning of routes for delivery vehicles and
maximum utilization of available resources. Maintain delivery schedule and POD data for dispatch
operations.
Liaise with appropriate departments when non-conformance, partial shipment or delays to dispatch
occur.

Participate in the organization`s strategic planning process work to achieve the targets assigned to the
department.
Timely update yourself by training assessment with available tools like Swagelok University, live Training,
etc.
Learn about the company Quality Systems incorporate direct procedures in the day to day activity. Also
participate in the Continuous Improvement projects of the department.
Learn about Business Systems use them as per the assigned user`s responsibility.
Position Requirements: (Basic skills required for the systematic execution of Job)
Functional Area of expertise: (Preferred background) Commercial - Supply chain - Minimum 3 to 4 years of
experience with a basic knowledge of Inbound Outbound logistic activities Quality Systems.
Experience: (3Min 4Max)
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management will be preferred
