Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support regional marketing operations across the UK, Dubai, and KSA. The role involves coordinating digital campaigns, social media operations, brand collateral, resale marketing, and reporting, while ensuring brand consistency and timely execution across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. EDM / Newsletter Coordination
- Collect property listings, updates, and content inputs from internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate newsletter and EDM drafts, ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
- Manage approval workflows and schedule sends across KSA, UK, and Dubai markets.
2. Paid Media Support (Meta & Google)
- Coordinate campaign inputs, assets, and timelines for Dubai and UK paid media campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Support performance tracking by compiling and sharing required inputs.
3. Social Media Operations & Community Management
- Allocate, review, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write captions when required, using appropriate hashtags, locations, and tags.
- Publish posts and ensure platform-specific best practices are followed.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Handle basic inquiries and escalate negative or sensitive comments when necessary.
- Share qualified leads with the call center through automated systems when required.
4. Resale Marketing
- Manage resale signboards end-to-end, including coordination and execution.
- Coordinate open house flyers and customized exclusive listing brochures.
5. Quarterly Reporting Support
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly performance reports for UK and Dubai teams.
- Support data collection, formatting, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-promotion submissions, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-resolution imagery.
- Maintain trackers and reporting documentation.
6. Brand Collateral Management
- Manage business card production for UK and Dubai offices end-to-end.
- Oversee stationery inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.

7. Retail Store Marketing Support
- Coordinate property card displays across UK, UAE, and KSA offices and retail locations.
- Support external marketing features and partnerships (e.g., Financial Times placements).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under deadlines
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing preferred
- Experience in real estate or luxury branding is an advantage
- Knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google) is a plus
