Job Specification:
- India Sothebys International Realty is looking for seasoned, self-motivated professionals with a passion for deal making, and a proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals & families.
- Preferred individual would have ideally worked with Developer / IPCs / Fund House / NBFCs/ Channel Partner/ Wealth Management/ Wealth Advisory/ Private Banking/ Luxury Retail & Hospitality
- Individual with 5-12 years of experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate Transaction services / Real Estate Investment Banking and Consulting.
- Familiarity of Commercial Real Estate asset class (Office / Industrial Warehousing / Hotels / Land /experience in real estate capital raising)
- Geographical familiarity of Pune is expected.
