What Youll Do (The Mission):

As an AI Agent Developer, you wont just be writing codeyoull be the architect of intelligent systems that power our platform. You will have the autonomy to:

• Design & Build: Own the end-to-end development of sophisticated AI agents that analyze data, automate workflows, and provide insights for private market professionals.
• Innovate with LLMs: Mastermind agent orchestration and craft sophisticated prompts to unlock the full potential of large language models for financial applications.
• 
  Build the Backbone: Develop clean, scalable, and robust APIs using FastAPI that allow our agents to interact seamlessly with complex financial data.
• Collaborate & Create: Work closely with a tight-knit team of product, design, and engineering experts to bring ambitious ideas to life.
• Push the Boundaries: Stay on the cutting edge of AI, constantly exploring new technologies and techniques to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Optimize for Excellence: Leverage AI-powered tools and rigorous testing to write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Python code.

Who You Are (The Qualifications):

Youre the ideal candidate if you have a blend of backend prowess and a passion for the evolving world of AI.

• A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience in software development with an AI focus).
• 1+ years of backend development experience using Python (if youre a pro with another language but can learn Python quickly, were interested).
• Proven experience in the AI/ML space with a solid grasp of AI agent architectures.

• Technical proficiency with some of our core technologies: FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL (or other SQL DBs), and task queues like Celery.
• A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
• Familiarity with unit testing (like Pytest) is a big plus.

Bonus Points (What makes you stand out):

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have experienced the 0-to-1 phase of an early-stage startup.
• Youve worked with major LLM providers like OpenAI, Google (Gemini), or Anthropic.
• Youre familiar with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• You have experience with vector databases (e.g., PG Vector, Pinecone) for RAG applications.
• Youve built and managed CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
