Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling assets across digital and marketing platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to create designs that are modern, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, newsletters, emailers, and internal communications
- Create festive creatives and seasonal campaigns aligned to India and GCC calendars, while maintaining brand consistency
- Design marketing collaterals for events and webinars, including save-the-date posts, invites, standees, banners, backdrops, registration creatives, presentation templates, and post-event highlights
- Support campaigns across multiple industries, including Leisure & Entertainment, through promotional and social design assets
- Design and format PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for leadership decks, sales pitches, proposals, case studies, and events
- Create marketing assets such as carousels, posters, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts
- Support website visuals including section banners, icons, illustrations, and basic UI assets
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour, spacing, and layout across all outputs
- Collaborate with content writers and marketers to convert concepts into clean, high-quality design outputs
- Create editable templates for recurring needs (festivals, events, newsletters, hiring posts, leadership content, PPTs, etc.)
- Ensure design files are well organised and shared in the correct formats (source files and exports)
- Manage multiple tasks, timelines, and feedback cycles with minimal supervision
Required skills and qualifications
- 23 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, festive creatives, event collaterals, and brand marketing assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent tools)

- Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Canva for fast digital design requirements
- Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and colour theory
- Ability to work with a modern, clean, B2B-focused brand tone
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership
Good to have (Add-on skills)
- Basic video editing skills for short-format content such as reels, teasers, and event clips (basic cuts, captions, transitions, and exports)
- Familiarity with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- Experience working with IT, SaaS, or Leisure & Entertainment brands
- Basic understanding of web design principles and asset optimisation
