Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs.
- Manage project scope, change requests, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate testing, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Engage with business stakeholders and project teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Drive governance, reporting, and project review meetings.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve project delivery challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12-15 years of SAP/IT project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream SAP implementation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in risk, issue, and change management processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Results-oriented with strong ownership, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certification, and experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
