Role & responsibilities
- Taking out all types of Quantities from drawings
• Preparation of Construction Areas

• Preparation of Base rate of Materials for the project
• Preparation of Detailed sheet for Budgets
• Preparation of all types of Budget sheet (Concept, Schematic & Detailed Design)
• Preparation of one liner BOQ's for various Tender packages & sharing with the
Tendering Team
• Reviewing & finalization of Quantity, Rate Analysis, BOQ and Tender documents.
• Preparation of Budget sheets (ADJ) for Financial institutions
