Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our walk-in recruitment services. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of walk-in recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Walk-in Recruitment Campaigns:
• Plan, organize, and execute walk-in recruitment drives for clients, ensuring alignment with their hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with applicants and clients to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
• Provide clients with detailed applicant information in Excel format for easy review.
• Service Coordination & Upselling:
• Offer additional HR services, such as HR support for selected roles, at an additional cost of ?1,000 per role.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of candidates when HR support is requested.
• Market Research & Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and report on the performance of recruitment campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives to fruition.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
