Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated HR Business Development Partner to lead client acquisition and relationship-building efforts in Bangalore. This is a high-performance, field-focused sales role where you will promote and sell our Shared HR Services Packages to startups, SMEs, and mid-sized companies in the region.

• Identify and approach potential clients in Bangalore (startups, SMEs, agencies, etc.)
• Promote and pitch our Shared HR Services, highlighting their value and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct client meetings and presentations in person to close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals
• Collaborate with the internal HR team for backend recruitment delivery and lead support
• Track and manage leads, client information, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Take full ownership of sales targets and territory performance

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, HR, or a related discipline
• 15 years of experience in HR consulting, staffing, B2B services, or related sales roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in dealing with CXOs, HR heads, and startup founders
• Based in Bangalore with willingness for daily local travel
• Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for business development

Compensation
