Manager - TQM - Business Consulting & Transformation

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Business Consulting team, focused on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in driving improvement initiatives, with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support transformation consulting projects end-to-end.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities for clients.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process quality.
• Deliver client trainings on problemsolving tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Develop training materials across CI, Lean, TPM, and related topics.
• Implement TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Deploy TPM pillars (AM, FI, PM, QM) to achieve zero breakdown objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive change and meet project goals.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to client stakeholders.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.
