Relationship Manager - Private Banking - Broking Firm

• Analyze financial information and develop strategies for clients.
• Drive AUM growth and achieve revenue targets through client acquisition.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide market updates and investment advice.
• Monitor financial market trends to keep client plans responsive to changes.
• Drive cluster-level AUM growth and revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure proactive client engagement and strategic portfolio management by team members.
• Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities in coordination with other business units

Qualifications & Experience :

• Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
• Wealth Management Expertise (knowledge of investment products and wealth platforms).
• Experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, AMFI, and IRDA certifications.
• Drive cluster-level AUM growth and revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure proactive client engagement and strategic portfolio management by team members.
• Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities in coordination with other business units
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial products : mutual funds, PMS, bonds, structured products, etc.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Proven track record of team performance and revenue generation
