Role Overview:
As a Senior Finance Associate at Eaglex Technology LLP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will collaborate closely with the finance team, auditors, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial information that supports strategic decision-making and contributes to the company's overall success. This role is based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of all accounting transactions to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process to ensure a smooth and efficient audit.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to identify and resolve accounting issues.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP.
- Proven expertise in managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA preferred.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- 4-9 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
