Technician / Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, intercoms, and other fixtures.
  
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
  
• Replace and install various types of meters (e.g., DT, Feeder, CT).
  
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities.
  

Qualifications:

• ITI certification in Electrical Engineering and NCVT
  
  
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the electrical field.
  
• Knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute electrical wiring plans for lighting, intercom, and other systems.
  
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarms and other systems.
  
• Install safety and distribution components.
