Job Description
- As a Junior Python Trainer at EASA College of Engineering & Technology in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality education and training in Python programming to students. With 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students acquire valuable skills and knowledge in Python.
Your qualifications and skills should include proficiency in Python Programming and a strong understanding of Algorithm Design. You should have experience in teaching concepts effectively and be able to engage students in the learning process. Additionally, you must be capable of developing and updating curriculum materials to align with industry trends.
A solid grasp of Data Structures and their applications in Python is essential for this role. You should also be skilled in debugging code and assisting students in troubleshooting errors. Effective communication skills are necessary to explain complex concepts in a simple manner, and you should be able to manage the classroom environment to facilitate a positive learning experience.
Your roles and responsibilities will involve preparing and delivering Python programming lessons, developing curriculum materials such as lecture slides, assignments, and exams, and assessing student performance to provide constructive feedback for improvement. You will also conduct lab sessions and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge, stay updated with the latest trends in Python programming, and maintain records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
