Prepare, Issue & Revise Procedures, Formats & work Instructions of all the departments and
to maintain the records of the same
To maintain the records of the Items, Drawings, Control Plans, Operation
Standards, FMEA, Packing standards, Inspection Standards, etc. & update the Master List of
the same as per requirement
Non-conformities closing by improving the system & fulfilling the requirements of system as
well as customer.
Planning, Scheduling and conducting Internal Process Audits as per audit schedule.
To prepare, consolidate & present KPI, MIS & MRM.
Prepare 8D Reports & Handle Customer Complaints.
Prepare Presentations
Prepare Org. Chart & Pareto Charts.
To lead LMCS Activity as Lean Coordinator
Perform Kaizen & Improvement Activity
Perform 5S & Safety Audit in plant
