Digital Project Manager - Junior

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join our in-office team in Dubai Media City.At Easy Wedding, we help couples from different nationalities and religions get legally married — without stress, borders, or complications. We’re one of the fastest-growing wedding startups in the region, and now we’re looking for someone to make sure our marketing team executes fast, smart, and on time.You’ll work directly with our co-founder and marketing lead to turn big ideas into clear project plans — then follow up with the team to make sure everything gets delivered smoothly. From launching new content campaigns to managing internal timelines, you’ll be the link between vision and execution.This role is perfect for someone who’s done 2–4 years in marketing, media, or project coordination — and wants to grow into a leadership role within 12–18 months.What you'll actually doTurn department input into project tasks, deadlines, and weekly schedulesUpdate Notion/Trello boards and keep the whole team on trackFollow up with team members across content, web, data, and techPrepare briefs, sync meetings, and unblock project delaysReport progress to the founder and suggest improvementsHelp launch exciting projects like podcast series, new lead funnels, or content librariesRequirementsAre you organized, curious, and hungry to grow fast?
