Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Collection Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

Payscale: Competitive; as per market standards

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary:

The Accounts Collection Executive will be responsible for timely communication with client Points of Contact (POCs) to remind them about clearing outstanding payments and advance reminders for recharging their wallets. Additionally, the role includes filing cases through the MSME Samadhaan portal as required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and writing skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing client interactions professionally to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to respective client POCs to remind and coordinate clearance of outstanding payments.
  2. Send advance reminders to clients for recharging their wallets to avoid service interruptions.
  3. Assist in filing and following up on cases through the MSME Samadhaan portal.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and collection status.
  5. Handle client queries related to payments and wallet recharge seamlessly.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
  7. Prepare reports on collection status, delays, and potential risks.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and MSME regulations during collection processes.

Educational Background:

  1. Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant fields preferred.
  2. Knowledge in finance and accounting principles will be advantageous.

Experience and Skills:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, or client relationship management.
  2. Non-negotiable: Excellent verbal communication and professional writing skills in English.
  3. Proven ability to negotiate and handle client communications effectively.
  4. Basic computer skills including CRM, MS Office, and online portal navigation.
  5. Familiarity with MSME Samadhaan portal or similar legal filing platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
