Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and proactive HR Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers end-to-end exposure to core HR operations and talent acquisition, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Attendance Management

• Monitor daily attendance and regularize attendance records.
• Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve attendance discrepancies.
• Generate attendance reports for payroll processing.

Leave Management

• Administer employee leave records and ensure policy compliance.
• Process leave requests and maintain accurate leave balances.
• Address employee queries related to leave policies.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Help drive HR communication and employee experience initiatives.

HR Reporting

• Prepare and maintain month-end HR reports and dashboards.
• Track recruitment metrics, attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are updated and accurate.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong internships may also be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
