Role Overview
As a SeniorProduct Manager, you will own and drive the product roadmap for key user and restaurant-facing experiences on the EazyDiner platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, restaurant partners, sales, and business teams to build products that improve discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EazyDiners web and app platform.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Work with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable product solutions.
- Own key product metrics: conversion, retention, engagement, funnel efficiency, and revenue impact.
- Build restaurant-centric solutions (partner dashboards, analytics, demand management, offers, etc.).
- Drive innovation in areas like AI-based recommendations, dining rewards, payments, personalization, and booking experience.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specs and user stories.
- Run A/B tests, evaluate outcomes, and iterate based on insights and learnings.
- Partner with marketing & business teams to support go-to-market strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and user behavior.
Must-Have Skills
- 36+ years of product management experience (consumer tech, marketplace, or food-tech preferred).
- Strong understanding of mobile and web products.
- Ability to balance data-driven decisions with customer empathy.
- Experience in A/B testing, product experimentation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and customer booking funnels is a plus.
