Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore for an Electrical Quality Manager. The Electrical Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes for electrical and automation systems, conduct regular inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, collaborating with engineering teams, and providing training to ensure adherence to quality standards. The manager will also handle customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement in the quality management system. Hybrid work allows for some tasks to be accomplished from home.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, quality control procedures, and compliance standards
• Experience with electrical systems, automation control panels, and related components such as thyristors, PLCs, AC drives, and HMIs

  Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments in an industrial automation context
• Excellent communication, training, and teamwork skills
• Project management and process improvement experience
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) with audit plan preparation, audit CAPA closing, documentation, handling external audits, client audits, product conformities.
• Experience with customer service and handling customer feedback
