Finance Freshers | Night Shift

The role of an Finance Co-ordinator is to understand contract and create database for contracts. He /She must audit contracts created by the Sales teams with the contract present in the internal software. He/She is responsible to create report exceptions and find the discrepancies and create queries to be corrected.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the All Enterprises & Private Practices complaints or request calls, resolve their queries and update Database for follow up purposes.

• Maintain the highest level of documentation and process expertise, specific to the industry, client processes, applications/utilities, and products.
• Maintain the highest level of culture and teamwork.
• Handle all Call, Voice mails, Certification Letters as appropriate.
• Share excel expertise and computer skills with the team.
• 
  Share latest updates with the team.
• Help new team members

Requirements

• Any Bachelors (Finance) or Masters Degree (MCom)
• Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW

• Organized with attention to detail

• Sound data entry skills

• Excellent telephone etiquette

• Must be customer service oriented and take ownership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Sound analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
