Product Owner

Overview of the role
We are looking for Product owner who will take a key role in our retail portfolio inside Landmark digital.

If you have ideas on how technology can help us to improve our customer experience and improve sales, we would love to hear them and put them into practice.
What you will do
The person will be responsible in creating and improving digital tools that will be used daily by thousands of customers and colleagues
You will be responsible of defining the improvements in Sahla, POS, Self-checkout, and other digital tools used in stores.
You will be on top of the market trends to understand how we can use technology to improve sales and efficiency in stores.
Create, make decisions, and maintain a value-based prioritized backlog for products which align to Landmark business strategy and goals. Develop business cases backed by data.
Partner with stakeholders across Landmark group concepts and territories understanding their requirements and prioritizing the needs
You will be validating efforts by designing user studies, A/B Tests, and conducting data
analysis on user behavior to ensure the product fits the purpose
As part of the Digital team, you will be working with best-of-class Analyst, Developers, Quality Engineers, Architects… that will help to bring amazing products live and improving them constantly
Minimum requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Landmark group and at least 2 years in a Management position (Store manager, Area manager)
Deep knowledge of store operations including
Goods receiving and stock movement
Cash-till transactions
Customer service
Expert in use of Landmark tools including
Sahla
Pos and SSCO
PDT
ER and other BI tools
Expert in using Microsoft package including
Power point (Advanced)
Excel (advanced)
Teams (advanced)
