As a rapidly growing healthcare operations company, we are looking for experienced and passionate Client Service Managers who can strengthen client relationships, drive operational excellence, and support high-quality service delivery for our US healthcare clients.
This role offers exceptional international exposure and the opportunity to work closely with US clients in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to align client requirements with service delivery Monitor industry trends and client expectations to improve account management strategies
- Prepare performance reports, account reviews, and operational updates for clients and management Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Support operational improvements and quality enhancement initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree is mandatory
- 4–8 years of experience in international sales, international voice process, account management, client servicing, or similar client-facing roles
- Experience handling international clients and stakeholders is preferred Strong English communication and articulation skills are essential
- Exposure to Healthcare, Hospital, Automotive, Education, BPO, or related sectors is an advantage Strong analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Willing to work night shifts from office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days will be given preference

09:30 PM to 6:30 AM
