Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to lead our social media and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, strong content creation skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to drive business growth. Candidates with a strong personal brand or active presence on LinkedIn will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content Marketing
• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, creatives, videos, and reels.
• Capture photos and videos during company events, exhibitions, and office activities to create compelling short-form and behind-the-scenes content.|
• Manage organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

• Monitor social channels to engage with audiences and maintain brand consistency.
• Email Marketing
• Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
• Develop compelling email copy tailored to different audience segments and customer journeys.
• Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.

Brand, Collaboration & Analytics

• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Utilize tools such as Snov, MailerLite, Google Analytics, and Clarity for execution and reporting.
• Stay updated with AI tools and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney); experience creating AI agents is a plus.
• Experience in B2B or IT industries is preferred.
