Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Executive -(PG-admissions)

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type: On-Site

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Marketing Executive-PG admissions-Gurugram. The Executive will be responsible for tasks such as conducting admissions interviews, providing information about programs and courses, assisting with the admissions process, conducting campus tours, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students. The Executive will also be involved in sales activities and education counselling during the Admission season.

Post that, the executive will be responsible for all the Marketing Activities.

The Marketing Activity includes-

Plan and manage university visits, representing the institution professionally and effectively.

Maintain constant coordination with the BD team to align university visit strategies and

student engagement plans.

Engage and convert prospective students on campus who are looking for similar

programs, addressing their queries and guiding them through the application process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives to facilitate smooth

processing of offer letters, payment invoices, and other required documentation.

Track and follow up on student applications, ensuring timely completion of admission formalities.

Provide reports and insights on university visit outcomes and student conversions.

Support marketing campaigns by coordinating outreach efforts, content creation, and

campaign tracking.

Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads.

Develop and maintain marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, case studies) for BD teams.

Requirements:

? Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Experience in sales and education counselling

? Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and parents

? Good organizational and time management skills

? Knowledge of the education industry and admissions process

Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree in a related field

? 3+ years of experience required in college admissions counselling and Edtech Marketing

? Experience with universities like Symbiosis , Ashoka , Flame , Shiv Nadar and other premium

institutes preferred

? Experience with University Admission Process

? Experience with ATL/BTL activities for edtech marketing.
