AI Risk, SOX & Compliance Lead- Life Sciences(0657)

We are looking for 15+ Years of experience Practice lead for Life Sciences Risk & Compliance position.

• Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) leader with expertise in AI Risk Assurance, Control Integration & Testing, and SOX Compliance within the Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Medical Devices).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI risk management frameworks, conducting AI risk assessments, and driving responsible AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including FDA, GxP, ISO, GDPR, and SOX.
• Experience leading control testing, compliance assurance, risk assessments, and remediation programs across business and technology environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, compliance, legal, audit, and risk stakeholders to identify and mitigate AI and operational risks.
• Minimum 5 years of active pre-sales/pseudo-sales experience within the last 8-10 years, including:
• RFP and proposal management
• Client pitches and executive presentations
• Discovery workshops
• Solution and regulatory/compliance proposals
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills with the ability to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, machine learning applications, and digital risk management within the Life Sciences sector.
