Sr. Consultant- Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery including scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, quality, and governance.
• Manage project plans, forecasts, RAID, stakeholder reporting, and technical dependencies.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve team velocity.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile practices, quality standards, security, and release processes.
• Collaborate with Business PMs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Manage complex Agile portfolios and mentor Scrum Masters and project teams.
• Support global delivery engagements and stakeholder communication.

Required Profile

• 8-10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Strong Life Sciences domain experience (Commercial Analytics, Patient Support Programs, LIMS, MES, R&D, etc.).
• 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience managing Agile projects/programs and SDLC delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
