What Youll Do

• Lead a team of engineers and drive technical excellence across the development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and enhance complex enterprise applications using C/C++
• 
  Own technical design decisions, architecture reviews, and solution discussions
• Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges in large-scale systems

What Were Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ development
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
• Experience in Software Design, Architecture, and Technical Reviews
• Good knowledge of Database technologies
