Job Description
- The Associate Implementation Consultant role at Edifecs is a post-sales position where you will be responsible for implementing Edifecs solutions for individual clients. Your main tasks will involve installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Edifecs products at client sites, ensuring that the solutions meet the specific needs of each client. You will be the primary technical resource for clients and will work closely with their technical teams. Your duties will include coordinating with clients, developing implementation plans, installing and configuring Edifecs products, integrating them with other software assets/processes, and providing post-implementation support.
You will collaborate with the Edifecs Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager to create implementation strategies, schedules, and operational plans. Additionally, you will work with various teams within Edifecs to meet development and configuration milestones, develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, and provide training to clients based on their specific needs. You will also mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customer custom components.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients" technical teams. You should be able to manage testing and release cycle tasks, create detailed user and operational documentation, and deliver technical training at customer sites. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
