Their second chance program helps girls complete their secondary education when formal schooling is not an option, contributing to its goal of improving access to education for 10 million learners by 2035.
Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Coordinator located in Kakori. The Field Coordinator is responsible for mobilizing communities, identifying out-of-school children (particularly girls), facilitating their enrollment, and ensuring their sustained education. Day-to-day duties include organizing and conducting community meetings, working with stakeholders such as schools and local government, supporting training programs, and monitoring education projects to ensure successful implementation. The Field Coordinator will also collect and manage data, draft reports, and provide continuous updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.

• Project management, data collection, and report writing skills

• Experience with educational or social impact initiatives is an asset
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a rural, on-site environment
• Bachelors degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in local and/or regional languages and basic proficiency in English is an advantage
