About The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Relationship Manager – Sales (MF Distribution) to support and grow our B2B Mutual Fund business in the assigned region.
This role will be responsible for driving AUM growth, SIP activation, distributor engagement, and partner servicing while building strong relationships with IFAs, MFDs, and wealth partners.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Mutual Fund / AMC / Wealth distribution sales and should be comfortable managing partner relationships and driving business growth in the field.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Sales & AUM Growth
  • Drive Mutual Fund AUM growth, net sales, and SIP book expansion in the assigned territory
  • Build and manage relationships with IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, and distribution partners
  • Support product penetration across equity, debt, hybrid, and SIP products
  • Execute ongoing sales campaigns, NFO launches, and SIP initiatives
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong engagement with distributors and channel partners
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product discussions with partners
  • Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth onboarding and servicing
  • Identify and activate new distribution partners in the region
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Expand partner network and improve active distributor productivity
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and distributor requirements
  • Build strong local market presence through partner visits and events
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
    • Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines
    • Maintain proper documentation and operational coordination
    • Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in Mutual Fund distribution / AMC sales / Wealth management / Financial services sales
  • Experience working with IFAs, MFDs, or channel partners preferred
  • Strong understanding of Mutual Fund products and SIPs
  • Good communication, relationship management, and sales skills
  • Target-driven and comfortable with field sales
Product & Regulatory Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Mutual Funds and investment products
  • NISM Series V-A certification preferred (mandatory if not already certified within joining timeline)
