Designation - Digital Marketing Specialist | Experience 3–5 Years | Full-time Role | Hybrid Working

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital growth, online visibility, qualified lead generation, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Drive SEO, organic growth, lead generation & conversion optimization.
• Develop strategies around AEO, GEO, AI Search & Generative AI
  
  to improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity & other AI platforms.
• Manage content strategy across blogs, landing pages, social media, case studies and other digital channels.
• Track and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversions & ROI.
• Use GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other analytics/SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, tech and business teams to improve digital performance.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity and workflows.

What Were Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience in SEO, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation & CRO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of AEO, GEO, AI Search & Generative AI.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with proven campaign results / portfolio will be preferred.

Good to Have: Google/Meta certifications, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, GTM & marketing automation experience.
