Duties and Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, media & operations teams
2. Build scalable HR systems, processes & documentation
3. Handle the complete employee lifecycle onboarding to exit
4. Collaborate with founders on team strategy, hiring plans & policy creation
5. Lead employee engagement, performance tracking, and conflict resolution
6. Organize training programs, feedback sessions, and culture-building events

Youre a Great Fit If You:

1. Have 2+ years of experience in HR/recruitment (preferably in a startup or fast-paced firm)
2. Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Malayalam
3. Are detail-oriented, proactive, and love building efficient systems
4. Thrive in ownership-driven, startup environments
