Lead - Fund Raising - Real Estate

Role Overview:
As a Fund Raising professional specializing in Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of securing capital for exciting and impactful real estate projects. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with potential investors, crafting compelling investment narratives, and managing the end-to-end fund raising process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive fund raising strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, AIFs, and high-net-worth individuals for real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, acting as the primary point of contact and providing regular updates on fund performance and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling investment proposals, pitch books, and financial models to potential investors, clearly articulating the investment thesis and potential returns.
- Manage the entire fund raising process, from initial outreach to closing, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new investment opportunities and refine fund raising strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of fund raising activities.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful fund raising strategies, with a strong understanding of the real estate market and investment landscape.
- Expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis, enabling the creation of compelling investment proposals and accurate financial projections.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across Mumbai, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
