Senior Accounts/Tax & Audit Role - Financial Services - CA

Our Client is a well known Listed Financial Services Company headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Location : Mumbai (Work From Office)
Job Requirement : Qualified CA (1st attempt)
Job Responsibility :
- Manage complete accounting cycle, ensuring timely finalization and closure of books of accounts.

- Oversee GL scrutiny, accruals, provisioning, reconciliations, and posting of entries
- Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely audit closures.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure audit and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare IND AS workings including ECL, EIR, lease accounting, and gain on direct assignment calculations.
- Perform GL and balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, and maintained strong internal controls and documentation.
- Review and improve processes, emphasizing automation for efficiency and best practices.
Job Requirement :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (First Attempt) with atleast 7 years of post qualification experience
- Strong grasp of accounting principles with hands-on experience in IND AS
- Handled Statutory Auditors or was part of Statutory audit team
- High on integrity, Self- starter needing minimum supervisory control, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and take up additional responsibility
