Investment Analyst - Fintech/BFSI

Our client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for a Investment Analyst - Fintech/BFSI to be based at Mumbai.

• The ideal person should be MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution with 5+ yrs experience of working in a Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a combination thereof.

• Should have strong understanding of the Indian fintech and BFSI ecosystem — lending, payments, insurtech, wealthtech, account aggregation, embedded finance.
• Strong track record of end-to-end deal execution — from sourcing through IC approval to documentation and close.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, scenario analysis), and cap-table structuring.

• Demonstrated experience preparing IC memos, investment notes, and LP-facing materials.
• The person would be responsible for Deal souring and origination, Investment Analysis & Due Diligence, Portfolio Management & Value Creation, Fund Operations & Investor Relations, etc.
