Role Overview:
As a Partner or Senior Partner within our clients Private Wealth division, you will serve as a strategic advisor to HNI and UHNI clients, managing their complex financial ecosystems with precision and foresight. You will operate at the intersection of client advocacy and institutional excellence, working closely with internal investment committees, product desks, and research teams to deliver bespoke wealth solutions.
Your day-to-day involves navigating high-stakes client relationships, orchestrating comprehensive portfolio reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities within the domestic or NR segments. By providing sophisticated asset allocation strategies and personalized financial stewardship, you will directly influence the firm's AUM growth and solidify our reputation as a trusted partner in wealth preservation and capital appreciation. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding of HNI/UHNI clients by leveraging deep market networks and a consultative sales approach to expand the firm's footprint in Bangalore and Chennai.
- Construct and manage customized investment portfolios that align with client risk profiles, liquidity needs, and long-term financial objectives to ensure optimal asset performance.
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration with internal product and research teams to provide clients with exclusive access to structured products, alternative investments, and equity strategies.
- Maintain rigorous client engagement standards through proactive communication, regular portfolio rebalancing, and timely market insights to foster long-term loyalty and trust.
- Navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks to ensure all wealth management activities adhere to internal policies and external banking standards.
- Mentor junior relationship managers and support staff to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on excellence in client service and business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value portfolios with a deep understanding of asset allocation, wealth structuring, and market dynamics across domestic and offshore markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Proven track record in business development, specifically in identifying and converting high-potential leads within the private banking sector.
- Strong analytical acumen to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable investment advice for sophisticated clients.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, on-site environment in Bangalore or Chennai, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- A postgraduate degree in Finance, Management, or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
