Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing order to cash processes, handling and resolving disputes effectively, and maintaining familiarity with various systems in a remote position. Your technical proficiency in tools like MS Excel and MS PowerPoint will be crucial for this role. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong dispute resolution skills, and robust data analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong background in order to cash processes
- Proven experience in handling and resolving disputes effectively
- Basic understanding of cash application and analysis
- Proficiency in using dispute tracking systems such as Salesforce and PeopleSoft
- Working experience in SAP and Oracle will be preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong dispute resolution skills
- Robust data analysis capabilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Client facing role and managing customer relationships
Qualifications Required:
- Expertise in order to cash processes
