Data Scientist

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, extracting insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate machine learning and statistical models
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets
• Translate business problems into data science solutions and measurable outcomes
• Develop and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams
• Communicate findings and model performance clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with senior data scientists and product teams to deploy models into production
• Stay current with new tools, frameworks, and best practices in the field
• Maintain accuracy, reproducibility, and quality standards across projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data structures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous, large-scale data
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment (Docker, cloud ML platforms)
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting
• Experience presenting insights to business/leadership stakeholders
