Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and maintaining a positive work culture within a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
• Support payroll coordination and ensure timely resolution of employee queries
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain related documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Address employee grievances and escalate sensitive issues to senior HR staff promptly

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in HR or related field; freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools (Zoho People, Keka, BambooHR, or similar)
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Exposure to payroll processing tools
