Job Description
1. Own and manage performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms
2. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets
3. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to scale customer acquisition
5. Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
6. Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

8. Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends across channels for maximum ROI
