Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at OZI TECHNOLOGIES, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and features for our logistics and supply chain solutions. This role involves working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative products to market. You will also interact directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations, driving significant business value and enhancing their competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with overall company goals.
- Translate market requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Serve as a product evangelist, communicating the value proposition of our solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skillset:

- Proven experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in Agile product development methodologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on software products.
- Experience with logistics and supply chain solutions is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- On-site work in Gurgaon/Gurugram is expected.
