Job Description

:

The Assistant Manager Soft Services is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of soft services operations across assigned sites. The role ensures high service quality, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and efficient workforce management for services such as housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and other soft FM services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day soft services operations across multiple sites, ensuring service delivery meets SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate site supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and company SOPs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Support client relationship management, attend meetings, address service issues, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Assist in manpower planning, deployment, attendance monitoring, and productivity tracking.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, performance management, and staff discipline.
  • Support budget control, cost optimization, and monitoring of consumables and equipment usage.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management and clients.
  • Assist in mobilization and demobilization of soft services contracts.
  • Coordinate with procurement for materials, chemicals, and equipment ensuring timely availability.

    contract renewals, variation orders, and service expansions where required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 49 years of experience in soft services / facilities management
  • Strong exposure to UAE FM standards, client SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling multiple sites and high-volume manpower.
