Are you passionate about identifying top talent and driving recruitment excellence in non-IT domains Join our dynamic HR team at ABP Management Services Pvt Ltd in Sector-49, Gurgaon and take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes!

You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles, sourcing candidates via portals, referrals, and social media, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
The ideal candidate should have 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT) with strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a Bachelor's degree with HR specialization preferred.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday with a yearly bonus. Proficiency in English is required for this in-person role.
