Senior MERN Stack Developer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable microservices that align with business requirements and technical specifications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into microservice solutions.

Ensure microservices are optimized for performance, scalability, and security, utilizing modern technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between microservices and external systems, ensuring effective data exchange and system interoperability.

Participate in the development of CI/CD pipelines and automate the deployment of microservices using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Kubernetes.

Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error handling practices to ensure the stability and reliability of microservices in production environments.

Perform code reviews and ensure that best practices for microservice architecture, security, and design are followed.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and technical innovations within the microservices architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microservices with legacy systems and ensure smooth system migrations.

Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, architecture decisions, and coding standards.

Design and maintain MongoDB database schemas.

Implement data indexing and optimization for efficient query performance.

Ensure secure data handling through encryption and proper access controls.

Ensure API versioning and documentation for maintainability.
