Account & Admin Executive

Electrify Services, one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups, is seeking an Accountant to play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on the companys financial health and growth. ؠWorking with the companys accounts payable functions maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and managing vendor contracts.

ؠBeing familiar with Indian companies laws and be able to research and interpret new laws

ؠBe able to communicate and work with Indian authorities (like IT department, GST Department, etc.) for company-related work.

ؠWork with company CA for compliance-related activities, including but not limited to financial documentation

ؠCompiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

ؠHelping management in decision-making.

ؠHandling monthly, quarterly andannual closing

ؠProviding expert advice on GST compliance, filing returns, and optimizing tax liabilities using Tally.

ؠEntering financial and inventory data into Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GST requirements.

ؠManaging accounts, preparing financial statements, and filing GST returns.

ؠFile TDS returns and manage tax compliance for employees and vendors.

ؠRecord journal entries, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.

ؠHandle GST compliance, including e-invoicing and e-way bills

ؠEnsure financial records comply with company policies and statutory regulations.

ؠStay updated on tax laws and financial regulations.

ؠB.com./M.com/CA intern/MBA in finance or any other relevant degree is required.

ؠ1-2 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime & GST Portal.

ؠKnowledge of Export and Import is a plus.

ؠStrong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

ؠExperience with GST return filing and reconciliation.

ؠFamiliarity with TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

ؠAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

ؠHigh level of accuracy, efficiency, honesty, and responsibility.

ؠMotivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

ؠProficiency with computers and MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
